The name has changed from RathGibson, Inc. to RathGibson LLC. While the ownership and name have changed, RathGibson remains committed to providing the same high quality products, services, technology, and innovations on which their customers and channel partners depend.

Throughout the financial restructuring, RathGibson received significant support from its employees, customers, channel partners, and suppliers. This assistance led to RathGibson’s various achievements during this period, including the completion of a U-Bend Manufacturing Center to provide an expanded product suite to the power generation segment, achieving ISO certification at both the Clarksville, Arkansas and North Branch, New Jersey facilities, and the launch of an entirely new product line to serve the fast growing renewable energy sector. All of these enhancements allow RathGibson to expand its abilities to continue to meet ever-changing customer needs and market opportunities.
