And our experienced and dedicated team is now more than 100 strong. We grow because our customers grow, and their industry and production needs are constantly changing. We respond to their many individual challenges with customized creations and we continually monitor and explore thermal transfer technology and manufacturing process initiatives of our own, to plan for our collective future. Looking ahead we see environmental issues and global regulations impacting manufacturing and production more than ever before. We see consumer demand, for example in the automotive industry, contributing to radical design breakthroughs affecting production and performance. We see new materials moving to the fore; light metals, composites, carbon fiber, ceramics and other permutations. Our own research programs and our long standing cooperative agreements with industry leaders Harper International and NFK of Japan position us to be at the fore-front of these developing technologies. Meanwhile, we see many more years of growth in emerging markets using conventional production methods and materials.
